Bachao guests have at their disposal a dining room with artisan cuisine based on the excellence of traditional Galician gastronomy. The dishes are made with seasonal products from Galicia, many of them from nearby gardens.

Breakfast and dinner are served in two different dining rooms. One is the alpendre attached to the Casa Grande since 1817, which the owner has restored, giving it a very special personality. The other, the old landlord’s house, bright and adapted to the times with the use of noble materials and glass.

Both dining rooms have views over the horizon of the Montes do Bachao and direct access to the large esplanade that presides over the House, a unique space, flooded with light in summer.
